Having a Ball!

I go to the gym. In an effort to keep both blood sugar and burger at bay. I’ve gone from years of leering at Playboy and Maxim to reading Men’s Fitness and Runner magazine. In these magazines the advice for exercise and working out is to “do what feels good”. Dear readers …that’s what got me into this trouble in the first place. Lumbering on a treadmill for a half hour does not feel good. To be frank….laying on the couch watching “Saved By The Bell” feels good. Hell, even the “College” years feels preferable to that 30 minutes for me. I look through these magazines looking for new methods of doing the same old thing. Lift, run…repeat. The latest thing I have seen are these giant inflatable balls that you been over, arch against…Lets just say it. It looks like you are humping this ball. As I first watched one guy hold another guy’s ankles and squat thrust this ball against the wall. I decided this was not something I could have any part of. Quite honestly I’d rather gain another 10 then have someone walk by and see me romancing this ball.
