I watched the Oscars tonight. My Super Bowl…My Indianapolis 500…I haven’t missed one since I can remember. The glamour, the gala…its probably the one “event” I would love to go to. That said. It sucked this year. Bland, blander, blandest. Like Iggy Pop’s album…Blah-Blah-Blah. I was about 95% in my picks and I hadn’t seen a majority. I kept the laptop here …so I could make some notes. This is what I have:

-Sarandons boobs
-Zwellweiger squint like clint
-Billy Crystal is just on the verge of being unfunny
-what has Bob hope actually done…besides wear a tux?
-Billy Crystal is four feet off the verge now
-Robin Williams shut up…I once considered him a “great comic….wha????!
-Sarandons boobs
-Peter Jackson if you’re going to wear a tux…wear a tux! All you’re missing are tuna stains from that outfit. And tuck in those pajamas!
-Forget Sarandon…Angelina Jolie just made my list of infidelty 5! As nutty as she is I may have a good chance
-Depp has gone back from Outlaw Josey Wales to Jump Street
-Murray Loses…surprisingly…. and looks like he’s going to cry. Last chance Bill.
-Depp should have won.
-Penn makes some self righteous WMD comment
-The show ends…I give it about a C- this year
-Somewhere Colin Farrell is getting laid

A couple of phone calls to Norb and my sides hurt from the laughter. Aside from the times he pisses the shit out of me he could be the funniest person I know. And now he’s read this…I shant live it down. I really should have had a cocktail or 12. it would have made this post far more lively.
