ABC just announced they are taking a bold new direcetion in comedy. They are going kill off the father. Bold indeed. Because let me tell as a person who has lost a parent nothing is more comical than the untimely death of loved one. Nothing to me represents the blood sucking and stupid nature of the entertainment industry. Cancel the show...no way its huge! Replace the actor?...How do you replace John Ritter?...You're not. That was a character. The whole thrust of the show is about the father/daughter relationship. Why do I even concern myself? That' a better question. I didn't even watch the dumb show. I will pay tribute to John Ritter in my own way by purchasing the DVD "Skin Deep". Theres a scene in this movie that made me laugh so hard that it made grape soda I was drinking flow from my nose. Now thats funny.
